1. Turkey Trot
On Tuesday, November 25th, at 11:30am, in Flushing Meadow Park, Queens, NY E-233/L-176 and the Field Communications Unit will host the 30th annual Turkey Trot Run. New location in park: Meadow Lake Boat Rental Building, Van Wyck Expressway, South of the L.I.E. Entry fee: $20, will be accepted until race time. Make checks payable to: Ladder 176 Engine 233 Turkey Trot, 25 Rockaway Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11233. Proceeds will benefit the Wounded Warriors, the New York Firefighters Burn Center, the Elsasser Fund, and the Fire Family Transportation Van. 2. FDNY Swim Team

3. NJ Nets Half Price Ticket Offer
REMINDER: Discounted tickets are now available for 4 select NJ Nets basketball games at the IZOD Center played Nov. 1st thru Dec. 29th (dates: Nov. 22nd, Dec. 10th, 20th, & 29th). 4. Operation Santa: The Community Mayors
Attend event December 10th from 9am-12pm and/or setup December 9th at 8:30am for "Operation Santa" to help the handicapped children of NYC. It will take place at JFK Hanger #19 (next to Tower Air). Your reward will be the great feeling you get when you see the smiles on the faces of these special children. Kindly wear something FDNY. 5. The Ridge Music Festival
On Saturday, December 27th, 2pm till…, at St. Patrick's Auditorium 97th Street & 4th Ave Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. Admission: $20 includes food, drinks, music, and comedy.
