- If You Don't Receive a Ballot by December 4th...
If you do not receive a ballot by Thursday, December 4th, you must call the American Arbitration Association (AAA) directly at (800) 529-5218, M-F 9am to 5pm. Give your correct residence address and assigned unit (not your detail assignment). A new ballot will be placed in the mail on the same day you call. Ballots will be counted by the AAA on December 11th with oversight of the Election Committee, which is comprised of one member representing each borough and the Recording Secretary. The results will be certified and announced on that same day.

Your ballot must be received at the AAA by 9am on December 11th. The results will be announced later that day. NOTE: Terms of the entire collective bargaining agreement were mailed on 11/26 to all member residences.
