1. Columbia Association Scholarship Dinner Dance
REMINDER: On Thursday, June 21, 2012, at Russo's on the Bay, 162-45 Cross Bay Boulevard, Queens, NY the FDNY Columbia Association will hold its 78th Annual Scholarship Dinner Dance. This year the Columbia Association will honor its Scholarship winners along with 2012 Man of the Year, President of AFL-CIO, Mario Cilento. Our Presidents Award presented to the 34th Chief of Department, Edward S. Kilduff. Special Recognition Award presented to the Stephen Siller Foundation. Everyone is welcome to attend. 2. John Jay College Tuition Reimbursement—Spring 2012 Semester
REMINDER: As per Dept. Order #36 "At the completion of this semester, John Jay College students who indicated (via form JJ-1) that they planned to file for tuition reimbursement for the spring 2012 semester, must fill out a FDNY/John Jay College reimbursement request form JJ-2. Forms are located on the Intranet. The JJ-2 form, a copy of their transcript, and proof of payment shall be forwarded to the FDNY Registrar no later than June 22nd, 2012. No reimbursement will be accepted after this date."

3. 2012 Tuttlemundo/Dolney Scholarship Fund
REMINDER: The Tuttlemundo/Dolney Fund will award two $500 academic scholarships towards the college tuition of qualified dependent children. To be eligible for consideration, a child must be: A dependent of a current or former member of Division 15; and currently attending a college that imposes a charge for tuition; or entering a college in September that imposes a charge for tuition. Each dependent child must be entered separately. Applications must be received by June 25, 2012. Applications can be obtained from the FDNY Intranet or online at www.watkinsst.com. 4. Putnam County Blood Drive

5. Battalion 10 Memorial Scholarships
REMINDER: The Battalion 10 Memorial Scholarship will present two $1500 scholarships for children or grandchildren of FDNY members who are currently assigned or have in the past been assigned to a fire company within the 10th Battalion. These awards are to be used to defray the cost of tuition of a full time student in undergraduate institutions of higher education and vocational colleges. Eligible students include those in their senior year of high school who will be attending an accredited college or vocational school as well as freshmen or sophomores already enrolled in college or vocational school.
