Two-Alarm Fire Broke Out Wednesday Night in West Village

WEST VILLAGE, NY -- A two-alarm fire broke out on the top floor of a residential building on Charles Street in the West Village at around 10 p.m. Wednesday night, the FNDY announced.
The fire was deemed a two-alarm situation at around 10:15 p.m., which called for 106 firefighters at the sixth floor of 24 Charles St., FDNY said.
The fire was under control by 11:26 p.m. and no one was injured.
