The 2024 FDNY Medal Day will be held on Wednesday, June 5, 2024. The Presentation of Medals Ceremony will begin at 11:00am at City Hall Park in Manhattan. All Department members, including medal winners and their families who plan to attend the ceremonies, should report to the Park Row entrance of City Hall by 9:00am. Everyone entering City Hall grounds is required to pass through metal detectors. The 9:00am check-in is instrumental in facilitating a timely start of the ceremony. Please be prompt. In the event of inclement weather, this year’s rain location will be Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex located at 625 Father Capodanno Blvd. in Staten Island. A final decision will be made Monday morning regarding the location of the event. Medal Winners should call (718) 281-7586 on Monday to hear the message of event location. A teleprinter message will also be sent to all firehouses and EMS Stations.
