Permission is granted for off-duty members to participate in the Pulaski Day Parade on Sunday, October 1, 2017. Participating members of the Department should assemble at 1130 hours on E 38th Street and 5th Avenue in Manhattan. Dress uniform, including white gloves shall be worn.
