Permission is granted for off-duty members to participate in the Hispanic Day Parade on Sunday, October 8, 2017. Participating members of the Department should assemble at 1100 hours on W. 44th Street between Madison and 5th Avenues in Manhattan. Dress uniform, including white gloves shall be worn.
