Permission is granted to off-duty members of the Department to participate in the annual Steuben Day Parade, scheduled for Saturday, September 19th. Members participating shall wear dress uniform. Assembly Time: 11am Assembly Point: East 67th Street & Madison Avenue, Manhattan. The Post Parade Collation is to follow at the St. Ignatius Loyola School Cafeteria, located at 84th Street between Park & Madison Avenues.
