On Tuesday, December 22nd at 11am, a Plaque Dedication will be held honoring the memory of Firefighter Richard E. Nogan, L-113, who died on December 20, 2014. The dedication will take place in the quarters of E-249/L-113, 491 Rogers Avenue, Brooklyn, NY. All off-duty members and their families are invited to attend. Members are requested to attend in dress uniform.
