On Monday, March 14th at 11am, a Plaque Dedication will be held honoring the memory of Captain John R. Graziano, L 78, who died on March 13, 2015. The dedication will take place in the quarters of E-155/L-78, 14 Brighton Avenue, Staten Island, NY. All off-duty members and their families are invited to attend. Members are requested to attend in dress uniform.
