NY METS FF APPRECIATION NIGHT

The New York Mets invite you to join us in saying “Thank you” to all the Firefighters and Emergency Medical Service employees who risk their lives to keep our communities safe. Come show your support on Saturday, September 17th at 7:10pm as the Mets take on the Minnesota Twins, with your family and friends. Participating Fire and EMS groups of 15 or more will have the opportunity to: Have a representative from your stationhouse be honored on the field during a pre-game ceremony. Opportunity to submit stories of heroism by fellow colleagues. The most compelling story (as judged by the Mets) will result in a First Pitch opportunity for the candidate to throw out the Honorary First Pitch prior to the game. Chance to participate in one of our In-game Contest drops that run in between innings. First group to buy 100+ tickets will have opportunity to have their Honor Guard present the colors during the National Anthem. A portion of each ticket sold will be donated to the FDNY Foundation. This is the official not-for-profit organization of the FDNY which was established to promote Fire Safety in New York City and fund professional development, training, and education programs for members of the FDNY.
