On Monday, October 1, 2018, at 1100 hours, a WTC Plaque Dedication Ceremony will be held honoring the memory of Battalion Chief Joseph D. McKeon, Battalion 46 . The dedication will take place in the Quarters of Battalion 46, Engine 287 & Ladder 136, 86-53 Grand Avenue, Queens, NY. All off-duty members and their families are invited to attend. Members are requested to attend in dress uniform.
