FDNY Emerald Society Pipes & Drums will be hosting a Cigar Night Fundraiser on Monday, September 23 from 7:00 – 11:00 PM at Vetro by Russo’s on the Bay (164-49 Cross Bay Blvd, Howard Beach, NY 11414).
