The Tuttlemundo / Dolney Scholarship Fund will award two $500 academic scholarships towards the college tuition of qualified children. To be eligible for consideration a child must be:

1. A dependent of a current or former member of Div 15
2. Currently attending a college that imposes a charge for tuition
   
3. Entering a college in September that imposes a charge for tuition

Each dependent child must submit a separate application. The winners will be published on a future Department Order. Applications must be received by August 1st
