Permission is granted for off-duty members to participate in The FDNY Phoenix Society Annual Lunar New Year Celebration Parade. The parade will begin at 1200 hours on Sunday, February 9, 2020. The FDNY Phoenix Society requests participating members to assemble at the auditorium of: PS 130, 143 Baxter Street (between Baxter and Hester Street), New York NY for breakfast prior to the parade. Uniform members are requested to attend in Dress Uniform and Society Attire for non-uniform. Family and friends of Department personnel are invited.
