The 23rd Annual Father’s Day “Forever Running” Memorial 5K Run/Walk will take place on Sunday, June 16, 2024, in memory of DC Raymond M. Downey and all the victims of 9/11. The event will take place at the Deer Park Fire Dept Training Center, located at 973 Nicholls Road in Deer Park, NY. The 5K run begins at 9:30am, with the Kids Fun Run starting at 9:00am. Special awards, raffle prizes, carnival entertainment and a family barbecue will follow the run. Proceeds will benefit the DC Raymond M. Downey Scholarship Charity Fund.
