On Saturday, November 22nd at 8pm, the FDNY Bravest Boxing Team will take on the NYPD Finest Boxing Team in the 32nd Annual Battle of the Badges. The event will be held at The Theatre at Madison Square Garden. Tickets, priced at $30, $50 and $65 are on sale at the MSG box office, Ticketmaster, or from team members. Dear Commissar,

On Saturday November 22nd the F.D.N.Y Bravest Boxing Team will take on the N.Y.P.D Fighting Finest in the 32nd Annual “Battle of the Badges” at Madison Square Garden.

The Bravest Boxing Team is registered in NY State as a 501C not for profit organization. Each year we donate funds raised from this “spirited competition” to Building Homes for Heroes. This organization builds new mortgage free, handicap accessible homes for veterans returning home with severe injuries.

This year we will be fighting for Army Corporal Jesse Murphee. Corp. Murphee joined the military because he has family in NY, which was affected by the terrorist attack on Sept. 11, 2001. He lost both legs above the knee, suffered traumatic brain injury and nerve damage to his right arm when the Humvee he was riding on was blown up by a Russian anti-tank mine in Afghanistan.

We are currently seeking ads for our event journal which will be given out free of charge to the first 5000 fans in attendance. Should you be interested in supporting this event by purchasing an ad, simply follow the instructions on the attached order form. Please be aware that the printer’s deadline for all ads is Monday November 10th, 2014.
