Beginning August 6th, at Friends of Firefighters’ Red Hook headquarters, active and retired FDNY firefighters and their family members can schedule 60-minute acupuncture appointments on Mondays from 9:30AM-3:30PM at a low donation cost of $20 per treatment. FoF is pleased to offer this service in partnership with Marielle Ceresa, a NYS licensed acupuncturist and massage therapist who recently completed a 2-year clinical apprenticeship in Master Tung Acupuncture, a system known for its efficiency and effectiveness treating a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to pain and injury, neurological issues, respiratory complaints, fertility and gynecological disorders, digestive disorders including IBS, ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s as well as mood imbalance issues including anxiety and depression.
