Permission is granted for off-duty members to participate in the 2016 African American Day Parade on Sunday, September 18, 2016. Participating members of the Department should assemble on W. 112th Street between Adam Clayton Powell Blvd. and St. Nicholas Avenue, NY at 1300 hours.
