On Sunday, September 16, 2018, permission is granted for off-duty members to participate in the 2018 African American Day Parade. Participating members of the Department should assemble on W. 111th Street between Frederick Douglas and Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd., NY at 1200 hours. Dress uniform shall be worn.
