Once again, the Army at Fort Totten, under the Command of Colonel Robert Cooley, will honor fallen FDNY members; FM Ronald Bucca, Lt. Andrew Fredericks, FF Michael Mullan, FF Mark Whitford, and FF Shawn Powell. These members were also servicemen within the US Army, who were lost on September 11th, 2001. This year the ceremony will be held on Sunday, September 13th at 11am. The Army is requesting FDNY members to join them in formation during the ceremony.
