Applicants eligible for this scholarship will submit an original photo, artwork or computer graphic for the front of a greeting card, and the finalists are decided by a vote. Information can be found at www.gallerycollection.com/greeting-cards-scholarship.htm. The deadline to apply is March 1, 2019.
