Permission is granted to off-duty members to participate in the 2016 Ecuadorian Day Parade on Sunday, August 7th. Participating members of the Department should assemble on 69th Street and Northern Boulevard, Jackson Heights, Queens at 11am. Dress uniform with gloves shall be worn.
