The FDNY CrossFit Team is seeking new members for 2024. All members are welcomed to join. The primary focus is helping to achieve physical and mental operational readiness using CrossFit methodology, as well as competing in the US Police Fire Championships in San Diego annually and  in the World Police Fire Games bi-annually. Members are encouraged to compete in local CrossFit Competitions as well as other fitness endeavors.
