On Thursday, May 31, at 11:00 AM, a Memorial Mass will take place at the quarters of E279/L131, 252 Lorraine Street, Brooklyn, followed by a Plaque Dedication to honor the legacy of James “Perk” Perkins. All off-duty members are invited to attend. Members are requested to attend in dress uniform.
