On Thursday, April 30th at 11am, a Plaque Dedication will be held honoring the memory of Firefighter William R. O’Connor, L-84, who died on January 16, 2006. The dedication will take place in the quarters of E-164, and L-84, 1560 Drumgoole Road, Staten Island, NY. All off-duty members and their families are invited to attend. Members are requested to attend in dress uniform.
