On Tuesday, September 8th at 10:30am, a Plaque Dedication will be held honoring the memory of Battalion Chief Richard E. McGuire, B-51, who died on December 9, 2012. The dedication will take place in the quarters of B-51 and E-308, 107-12 Lefferts Blvd., Queens, NY. All off-duty members and their families are invited to attend. Members are requested to attend in dress uniform.
