On Monday, April 23, 2018 at 1300 hours, a Plaque Dedication will be held honoring the memory of Firefighter Roy E. Smith, E-156, who died on April 2, 2017. The dedication will take place in the quarters of E-156, 412 Broadway, Staten Island, NY. All off-duty members and their families are invited to attend. Members are requested to attend in dress uniform.
