Permission is granted to off-duty members of the Department to participate in the annual Steuben Day Parade, scheduled for Saturday, September 16th. Members participating shall wear dress uniform. Assembly Time: 1130 hours Assembly Point: East 67th Street and Madison Avenue, Manhattan.
