NEW YORK CITY – This Wednesday the Uniformed Firefighters Association (UFA) will formally endorse Kamillah Hanks, candidate for the 49th City Council District in Staten Island at 11AM.

As a native of the North Shore in Staten Island, Hanks has spent her life fighting for issues that affect Staten Islanders such as boosting cultural and economic development in local neighborhoods.

This is the third endorsement from the union for the upcoming municipal elections.
