Permission is granted for off-duty members to participate in the 2019 Veterans Day Parade on Monday, November 11, 2019. Participating members of the Department should assemble on Fifth Avenue between 23rd and 24th Streets, Manhattan, at 1000 hours. Dress uniform shall be worn.
