Permission is granted for off-duty members to participate in the 2019 West Indian Day Parade on Monday, September 2, 2019. Participating members of the Department should assemble on Eastern Parkway and Schenectady Ave., Brooklyn NY at 1100 hours. Dress uniform shall be worn.
