On Tuesday, March 12, 2019, at 1100 hours, a WTC Plaque Dedication Ceremony will be held honoring the memory of Marine Pilot Thomas P. Phelan, Marine 9. The dedication will take place in the Quarters of Marine 9, 355 Front Street, Staten Island, NY. All off-duty members and their families are invited to attend. Members are requested to attend in dress uniform.
