Permission is granted for off-duty members to participate in the 2019 St. Pat’s for All Parade on Sunday, March 3, 2019. Participating members of the Department should assemble on 43rd Street and Skillman Avenue, Queens, NY, at 1200 hours. Dress uniform, including white gloves, shall be worn.
