On Saturday, November 16, 2019 at 0900 hours, the “Fit to Fight” FDNY Biking Competition will be held at Randall’s Island. All Fire/EMS personnel are invited to register for the event at no cost online at www.fdnypro.org/bike/ by November 11, 2019. Fastest 24 teams win a Concept 2 Bike for their firehouse or station. One EMS team is guaranteed win a Concept 2 Bike for their station. The event is presented by the FDNY Fitness Unit and sponsored by the FDNY Foundation. Check out DiamondPlate for more event details.
