A Plaque Dedication Ceremony will be held in honor of Lieutenant Arthur J. Darby of Marine 9 on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at 11:00 am in the quarters of Marine 9, located at 355 Front Steet in Staten Island. Lt. Arthur Darby died from a WTC-related illness on June 20, 2022. All off-duty members and their families are invited to attend. Members are requested to attend in dress uniform.
