Members and their families are invited to attend a Street Renaming Ceremony in honor of retired Firefighter John Boyle of Rescue 1 on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at 1:30 PM, at 78th St & Furmanville Ave in Queens. Firefighter John Boyle passed away on August 24, 2019, due to WTC related illness. The ceremony will honor his memory and sacrifice. Members are requested to attend in dress uniform.
