Permission is granted for off-duty members to participate in the 2016 Philippine Independence Day Parade on Sunday, June 5th. The FDNY Phoenix Society requests that participating members of the Department assemble on Madison Ave. and 38th Street New York, NY at 11:30am. Dress uniform with gloves shall be worn.
