The annual Father’s Day “Forever Running” Memorial 5K Run/Walk and ¼ mile Kids Fun Run will take place on Sunday, June 18, 2023 in memory of DC Raymond M. Downey and all the victims of 9/11/01. The event will take place at the Deer Park Fire Dept Training Center, located at 973 Nicholls Road in Deer Park, NY. The 5K begins at 9:30am, with the Kids Fun Run starting at 9:00am. Special awards, raffle prizes, carnival entertainment and a family barbecue will follow the run. Proceeds will benefit  the DC Raymond M Downey Scholarship Charity Fund.
