The 15^th Annual Brooklyn Wall of Remembrance Heroes Night, commemorating the 23^rd anniversary of the 9/11 Brooklyn Wall of Remembrance, will be held on Friday, July 26, 2024, beginning at 6:00 PM with a prayer ceremony at the Wall, located in Maimonides Park at 1904 Surf Avenue in Brooklyn. This year’s ceremony will honor the memory of FDNY Chaplain Monsignor John Delendick, Jim Fassel and Stephen “Butch” Moran. Presentation of Colors and the National Anthem, with performances by the FDNY Ceremonial Unit and the FDNY Emerald Society Bagpipers, will take place at 6:30 PM, with game time scheduled for 7:00 PM.
