The Columbia Association, in conjunction with the Columbus Citizens Foundation and the National Council of Columbia Associations in Civil Service, will be involved with this year’s wreath laying ceremony at Columbus Circle.  Members are encouraged to invite your family and friends to show support of your heritage and turnout for this prestigious event.  Members are requested to attend in dress uniform.
