The FDNY CrossFit Team, along with NYPD CrossFit, will be hosting a CrossFit Level 1 Course on April 26^th & 27^th at CrossFit Garden City. Level 1 provides introductory education on the fundamental principles and movements of CrossFit. It is the starting point for anyone seeking to improve their health and fitness through effective training and nutritional strategies. Any Firefighter or Officer interested in obtaining the L1 Certification at half the cost should email the President of the Club directly at worldfirerick@yahoo.com. This is a first come first served opportunity, as there are limited spots available.
