The FDNY VFW Post 12033 will be holding a Memorial Day Ceremony on Tuesday, May 23 at 11:00am at the Military Memorial at the Training Academy on Randall’s Island. A wreath will be presented in honor of the 47 members of the Department who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving on active duty. All VFW members and military veterans of the Department are invited and encouraged to attend.  Members with the official VFW cap are asked to wear them. Members should attend in Class A Uniform.
