A Plaque Dedication Ceremony will be held in honor of Firefighter Richard N. Driscoll of Engine 91 on Monday, July 17, 2023, at 11:00am in the quarters of Engine 91, located at 242 E. 111^th Street in Manhattan.  Firefighter Driscoll died from a WTC-related illness on July 17, 2019. Members and families are welcome. Members are asked to attend in Class A Uniform.
