A Street Dedication Ceremony will be held on Saturday, August 17, at 11:00am honoring the memory of Lieutenant James Winter of Engine 278 at the corner of Lyndale Avenue and Khoch Blvd in Staten Island. Lieutenant Winters succumbed to WTC-related illness on April 11, 2021. Members and families are welcome. Members are asked to attend in Class A Uniform.
