On Friday, March 8, 2019, at 1100 hours, a WTC Plaque Dedication Ceremony will be held honoring the memory of Firefighter Paul R. Tokarski, Ladder 164. The dedication will take place in the Quarters of Engine 313 & Ladder 164, 44-01 244th Street, Queens, NY. All off-duty members and their families are invited to attend. Members are requested to attend in dress uniform.
