A Putnam County Blood Drive will be held Friday, July 10, 2020 from 10:00am – 8:00pm at the Daniel O’Brien VFW Hall, 32 Gleneida Ave (Rt.52) Carmel, NY 10512. With an abundance of caution for donors and staff, the blood drive will go forward with some procedural changes. In order to maintain social distancing, donors must schedule their donation by appointment only.
