First Responders Children’s Foundation First Responder’s Day
On Tuesday, October 24, the First Responders Children’s Foundation (FRCF) will host an event in Times Square (7th Avenue and W 47th Street) in recognition of National First Responders Day. The event will feature FRCF’s Roll Call of Heroes Ceremony, honoring first responders in each branch of public safety, and the Heroes of Honor Award will be presented to Nashville Police, Fire and Emergency Communications first responders who responded to the Covenant School shooting. Arrivals begin at 9:30 AM and the Ceremony will start at 10:00 AM. All are welcome but MUST RSVP to haley@1stRCF.org
